Once you have booked you will be sent a questionairre within 48 hours to fill in, so I have all of the necessary information to start your Shopify or Klaviyo package.

It would be ideal for me to have access to your account, through my developer platform as a collaborator, where you can control my access level. That way, I can do a real deep-dive into the back end of your system, and film any instructional videos showing you exactly what to do. I will provide details on how to give me access upon booking.
